I love this layout. I have a really hard time picking out paper, because I want it to look just right. I'm just too picky. The flags I cut by hand. Stars and sentiment are from Simply Sweet cart. Circles from George and Basic Shapes. Marquee is from Storybook. And ric rac is from Plantin Schoolbook and altered with Design Studio.

This card is for Chirper Challenge(Sweet Challenge), this is my first time doing this challenge. The paper is DCWV Sweet stack. Cupcake is from Celebrations cart. Embossed with Cuttlebug swirl folder. And popped with foam squares. Ribbon is Paper Studio. Gems and pearls are K&Company and Paper Studio. Marquee is cut with Storybook, three layers and popped with foam squares. Glitter glue on cupcake.

Sketch#2 This black, white, and grey card is using Storybook. The white is tulip frame, black is tulip corners (I cut off the tulips), the sentiment is cut at 1/2 in. The grey is embossed with cuttlebug dotted swiss folder. The grey paper is polka dotted, can't really see it. I added flat backed pearls and another layer for center frame.
